Our Mission … our role
The Quebec Golf Superintendents Association is a professional organization tightly committed to its members and fully dedicated to the superintendents’ interests. Based upon a well defined organization chart, the QGSA must comply with a series of well-identified commitments in order to ensure a promising future to all golf course superintendents.

Encourage and promote scientific research in connection with golf course maintenance and management.

Become actively involved in crucial issues, such as the environment, pesticides, etc.

Promote
continuous training for its members through an association with numerous learning opportunities and a program recognizing their continued efforts.

Organize
social events such as traditional golf tournaments in order to keep its members up to date with the industry‘s activities.

Publish, three times a year, the
Grassmaniac magazine in order to keep its members up to date with the industry’s activities and offer articles dedicated to help them in their work.

Establish sound budget management procedures and provide annual financial statements to its members.

Offer to its members a multitude of services tailored to everyone’s needs.
