Declaration MDD
This note is for all the superintendents who collect water directly in the environment. You have to make a declaration for October, November and December 2009. It is already too late for the paper version but you have until May 31st, 2010 to pass on an electronic statement which will be accepted. From now on, you can reach the Water withdrawals electronic service on the website: http://www.mddep.gouv.qc.ca/. Please be vigilant and take the necessary measures for 2010.
Make sure to have in hand your NEQ and TVQ numbers before registering.
